Erik Mura

Erik Mura has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Erik most recently worked at RISA Tech, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at World Wide Technology from August 2019 to December 2021. Erik also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Vertafore from May 2017 to July 2019. Additionally, Erik worked as a Freelance Web Developer at Mura Creatives from May 2016 to July 2019. Before transitioning into the tech industry, they worked in financial operations and advisory roles. Erik was a Senior Financial Operations Coordinator at World Fuel Services from December 2014 to June 2016 and a Financial Operations Coordinator from April 2013 to December 2014. Erik also worked at State Farm Insurance as an Agent Staff from January 2012 to September 2012. Erik started their career in finance as a Financial Advisor at Independent Capital Management from August 2011 to November 2011. During their time at Medtronic as a Finance Intern from March 2011 to May 2011, they gained early exposure to the field.

Erik Mura attended Sonoma State University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. During their time there, they focused on studying Finance and Economics. In 2016, Erik briefly attended Galvanize - Denver, Platte to pursue a program in Full Stack Web Development.
