Kevin Yang, PE SE has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Kevin is currently working as a Structural SQA Engineer at RISA Tech, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this position, Kevin worked at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. for seven years as a Project Engineer - Structures. During their time there, they gained extensive experience in various aspects of structural engineering consulting. Before that, they worked as an Engineer at Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers Inc. from April 2013 to October 2014. Kevin also has experience as a Design Engineer at Elite Engineering Consultant, where they specialized in analyzing and designing concrete and steel frame structures. Additionally, they worked as an Inventory Manager at ZooShoo and gained early professional experience as a Student Assistant IV at Mt. San Antonio College.

Kevin Yang, PE SE pursued their education in the field of engineering. Kevin completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2010. Kevin then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2012. Kevin Yang also holds additional certifications, including Professional Engineer obtained in December 2014 and Engineer-in-Training obtained in July 2010, both from the Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
