Madeline Jones

Madeline Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Madeline started their career at Wind & Sea Restaurant as a Head Host while they were in high school, where they were responsible for greeting and seating customers in a timely manner. During this time, they also managed multiple phone, web, and in-person requests.

In 2018, Madeline worked as a Paid Medical Intern at Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery, where they provided support to the front office by answering phones, checking in patients, and organizing documents. Madeline continued this role during summer and winter breaks between college semesters.

Madeline then joined Sonoma State University as a Student Assistant to the Dean in 2019, where they assisted with answering and directing phone calls. However, their employment was discontinued due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2020, while enrolled in their final year of undergrad, Madeline worked as a Loft Hostess at Montage International. Madeline maintained a professional demeanor with guests while establishing relationships with them. Madeline also resolved conflicts effectively by problem-solving or explaining situations.

Most recently, Madeline joined RISA Tech, Inc. in 2022 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Care Representative at the same company. In this role, they managed busy phone lines, directed calls to the appropriate departments, and processed invoices to ensure timely delivery of software to customers.

Madeline Jones attended Dana Hills High School from 2013 to 2017 and earned a High School Diploma. Madeline then went on to study at Sonoma State University from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Currently, they are pursuing further education at Orange Coast College, where they started in 2021 and is expected to complete their studies in 2023. No specific degree or field of study was provided for their time at Orange Coast College.
