Brad Wilson

Board Member at Risalto Health

Brad Wilson is a board member at Risalto Health and a former CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC. Brad has dedicated their career to improving North Carolina's health care system and has served on the board of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), and BCS Financial Corporation. In 2015, they were appointed by the Chief Justice of the state Supreme Court to co-chair the North Carolina Commission on the Administration of Law and Justice. In 2017, Governor Roy Cooper appointed him to Chair the Governor's Commission on Access to Sound and Basic Education. Wilson holds a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University, a master's degree from Duke University, and a law degree from Wake Forest University.

Brad Wilson has a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Duke University, a Doctor of Law from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory, Philosophy and Religion, Political Science from Appalachian State University.
