Normand Duquette

Normand Duquette has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as President at RISCO Insurance Brokerage Inc. since June 2019, while also holding the position of Vice President since January 2017. In this role, Normand focuses on brokering various coverage types including Directors and Officers (D&O), Errors and Omissions (E&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap and Ransom. Prior to RISCO, Normand was a Vice President at Aon Risk Solutions, where responsibilities included partnering with clients and underwriters to secure professional lines insurance for diverse companies and negotiating terms for several liability insurance products. Normand’s career also includes a position as Management Liability Underwriter at The Hanover Insurance Group, where strategies for D&O and other liability coverages were developed and implemented. Normand holds a BS in Finance and Political Science from Bryant University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
