Aditya Kolari

Aditya Kolari has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, where they conducted analysis and simulations using MATLAB for a non-interferometric non-iterative phase retrieval algorithm using Green's Functions.

In 2019, Aditya worked as a Case Analyst at The Sustainable Business Battle and as an External Associate at G.A.M.E. India. Aditya gained relevant experience in these roles.

In 2020, they co-founded Perception and also worked as a Production Associate at Loop Biotech. As a co-founder, they contributed to the establishment and growth of the company. At Loop Biotech, they were responsible for the production of coffins using mycelium at the manufacturing plant and gained valuable experience in following standard operating procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and continuous process improvement efforts.

In 2021, Aditya co-founded Step Out Activities, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit. In 2023, they joined Riscure as a Sales and Business Development professional, where they continue to contribute their expertise in this field.

Aditya Kolari completed their High School education at Abu Dhabi Indian School from 2001 to 2012. They then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, which they completed from 2013 to 2017. Following that, Aditya enrolled in Delft University of Technology and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management from 2018 to 2020.
