Conor Moynihan is an experienced curator currently serving as Associate Curator of Prints, Drawings, and Photographs at the RISD Museum since September 2019, and has held roles such as Acting Department Head and Assistant Curator in the same department. Previously, Conor Moynihan was an Andrew W. Mellon Curatorial Fellow in the Department of Prints, Drawings & Photographs. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Visual Studies from the University at Buffalo, anticipated completion in 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Columbia College Chicago. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo, a Research Assistant under Joan Giroux, and a Store Manager at BCBG Max Azria, along with a position as Curatorial Assistant at the Rapid Pulse International Performance Art Festival.
