Punnaboot Hanchalay is an Adjunct Faculty at Bangkok University, providing real-world perspective and fostering a dynamic learning environment. With a background in brand development, UX research, agile coaching, and service design facilitation, Punnaboot has worked with various organizations to develop brand identities, conduct research, and implement strategies. Previous roles include Account Manager at MCFIVA, Brand and Marketing Strategist at Sertis, and Barista at Starbucks Reserve. Punnaboot holds a Master of Science in Brand Leadership from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from Chulalongkorn University.
