Shay Herman

Shay Herman is currently the VP of R&D at Rise since July 2023, previously working as the VP R&D at abra from November 2019 to July 2023, and held a role as R&D Management of a transition project at Visa cal from July 2018 to October 2019. Prior to this, Shay was a R&D Group Leader at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd., where they led a project providing software infrastructure for C4I systems. With extensive experience in managing development teams and building military systems, Shay has a background in software development and holds degrees in Law and Business Administration.
