Prior to this, Shay was a R&D Group Leader at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd., where they led a project providing software infrastructure for C4I systems. With extensive experience in managing development teams and building military systems, Shay has a background in software development and holds degrees in Law and Business Administration.
