Tami Mazor currently serves as the ODL & Program Manager at Rise since October 2025. Previously, Tami held various roles at Pagaya from January 2021 to January 2024, including Learning & OD Partner and Growth Program Manager, where responsibilities involved managing the R&D hyper-growth strategy in preparation for IPO and leading the growth team. Tami also worked as Chief of Staff at Pagaya, supporting the VP of R&D. From 2012 to 2019, Tami was a Senior Strategy and Communications Consultant at Kamir Communications & Strategy, focusing on project management and client oversight during media and regulatory crises. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Political Media Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology from The Open University of Israel.
