Stephanie MacKinnon

Stephanie MacKinnon is an experienced professional in the fields of people management, operations, marketing, and creative IT, currently serving as Associate Director at RISE GROUP since February 2021, where Stephanie spearheads the People & Culture function across the MENA region. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions including HR Manager at GEMS World Academy in Dubai from March 2013 to September 2020, and served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and HR Manager at GEMS International School. Additionally, Stephanie co-founded YummyMummyInc., where Stephanie played a pivotal role in creating the award-winning Yummy Mummy Body Wrap, an essential maternity item sold internationally. Stephanie graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 1999 with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Fashion and Textiles.
