Nadir Abrar

Nadir Abrar's work experience includes serving as the Head of Rise London & Fintech Platform Lead at Rise, created by Barclays since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Barclays as a Senior Product Manager from October 2021 to May 2023. In this role, they focused on building commercial insights using transactional data within Barclays and Barclaycard Payments. Nadir also worked as a Product Manager at Barclays from October 2018 to October 2021, where they led the design, build, and implementation of Barclays SME open banking solution and worked on various propositions with external partners. Nadir began their career at Barclays as a Graduate and completed two rotations, one as a Governance & Control Manager and the other as a Relationship Manager International Corporate Banking, from August 2016 to October 2018.

Nadir Abrar completed their education in the field of Accounting and Finance from the University of Sussex. Nadir attended this university from 2013 to 2016, during which they pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance.
