Matheus Garro de Senna Pandino is currently the Head of Customer Support at Rise, where Matheus provides customer support via Intercom, creates knowledge base articles, develops apps using Retool, and designs screens in Vue from Figma. Prior to this role, Matheus worked as a Data Engineer at Wepipe, where Matheus analyzed business intelligence data, built dashboards for customer visualization, and contributed to the development of key business KPIs. Matheus holds a Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Ufes - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.
