Dror Lapidot

Dror Lapidot has a diverse range of work experience, starting with an engineering management role at Rise.ai from 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they held positions at Wix.com, where they served as an Engineering Team Lead for Wix Stores from December 2020 to May 2023, and as a Software Engineer for Wix Stores from January 2019 to December 2020.

Before their time at Wix.com, Dror worked at Sears Israel as an R&D Team Leader from November 2017 to January 2019, where they played a hands-on role in managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team. Dror was responsible for increasing team productivity and spearheading initiatives to optimize the content management system and user experience. Dror also worked as a Full Stack Developer at Sears from January 2016 to November 2017, where they implemented features, improved revenue, and developed various systems to streamline processes.

At EMC XtremIO, Dror completed a college internship from October 2014 to December 2015, and earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager in the Israeli Air Force from February 2009 to October 2012.

Dror Lapidot obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from IDC Herzliya between 2012 and 2015.
