Itay Abraham

Itay Abraham has diverse work experience in the field of customer service and account management. Itay is currently working as the Head of CS at Rise.ai since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Rise.ai as an Account Manager from February 2021 to September 2021.

Before joining Rise.ai, Itay worked at Hotelbeds Group as a Key Account Manager, Wholesale (B2B) from October 2018 to September 2020. Itay also has experience at Booking.com, where they held the positions of Account Manager from July 2016 to October 2018 and Account Executive from March 2014 to July 2016.

Additionally, Itay was an Assistant to the CEO at Rent-a-Guide from October 2013 to March 2014. Itay started their career in the hospitality industry as a Shift Leader Receptionist at Leonardo Hotel in Tiberias from March 2011 to September 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Receptionist at Hayarkon 48 Hostel in Tel-Aviv from April 2009 to August 2010.

Itay Abraham completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Kinneret Academic College between 2010 and 2013. Itay then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management from 2018 to 2021. No specific field of study was mentioned for their MBA degree.
