Beth Dea

Beth Dea is the Chief Operations Officer at Rise, a national nonprofit that supports aspiring entrepreneurs facing addiction or mental health challenges through low-interest loans, training, and mentorship. With over 20 years of experience in fostering partnerships across private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Beth has held key roles including Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Futurpreneur Canada and Executive Director at the Doug Philpott Inner City Children's Tennis Fund. Beth also served on the Advisory Board for Venture for Canada and is pursuing an HBA at Ivey Business School at Western University, complementing an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
