Adam Heintz

Adam Heintz is an experienced production and operations manager with a diverse background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Rise Baking Company since January 2021, Adam previously held several management roles at Land O'Frost from November 2015 to January 2021, including Sanitation Manager, Packaging Manager, and Production Supervisor. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Meijer and Strack and VanTil, where Adam advanced from hourly employee to management and contributed to the opening of multiple new stores.
