Kevin Sult, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Kevin is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Rise Baking Company since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Plant Manager at the same company from March 2020 to June 2022, and also worked as a Multi-Plant Controller from December 2017 to March 2020.
Before joining Rise Baking Company, Kevin worked at TreeHouse Foods as a Category Controller for Sweet & Salty Snacks from September 2016 to November 2017.

Kevin Sult, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science - BS in Accounting from the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained several certifications, including Team Member Overview from the Shingo Institute in November 2021, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Management & Strategy Institute in October 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from UC San Diego Extension in June 2015.
