Michelle Gibson

Michelle Gibson is an experienced professional in supply chain and IT systems analysis, currently serving as a SAP Business System Analyst at Rise Baking Company since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle spent nearly a decade at 3M, initially as a Forecast-to-Schedule IT Manager and Agile Scrum Master, where responsibilities included global supply and production planning IT system design and support, as well as managing cross-functional teams. As a Supply Chain IT Solution Architect at 3M, Michelle defined global architectures and technology roadmaps for distribution and production planning solutions. Earlier experience at Medtronic included roles as a Prin IT Business Analyst and Senior IT Business System Analyst, where Michelle managed supply network planning solutions and contributed to global SAP implementations, improving business processes and driving efficiencies. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Luther College.
