Nikki Nelson (Haak)

Nikki (Haak) Nelson has a strong and diverse work experience in finance and operations. Nikki started their career as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1990. Nikki then joined General Mills, where they held various roles in finance, operations, and system implementation. At General Mills, they implemented new processes and systems and provided financial analysis for decision-making. In 2003, they joined Medtronic as a Senior Finance Manager, where they led financial planning, forecasting, and close processes for corporate staff and shared services. Nikki also provided financial leadership to the Global Cardiovascular Supply Chain and Quality teams. After Medtronic, Nikki joined Best Buy, where they held senior finance roles, including managing the IT Portfolio Finance and Indirect Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Operations. Following Best Buy, they worked in finance director roles at AmesburyTruth and Deluxe Corporation. Currently, Nikki is the Director of Supply Chain Finance at Rise Baking Company.
