Sreeram Seethamsetty

Sreeram Seethamsetty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sreeram currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Rise Baking Company since 2022.

Prior to this, Sreeram worked at Cargill from 2017 to 2021, where they served as Corporate FP&A. Sreeram was responsible for managing financial planning and analysis processes, supporting decision-making, and implementing new financial tools and reporting systems.

From 2013 to 2017, Sreeram worked at General Mills in various roles. Sreeram contributed to the company's strategic evolution by assessing M&A opportunities and providing recommendations for growth. Additionally, they led manufacturing finance activities, overseeing budgeting and performance analysis for multiple plants.

Before joining General Mills, Sreeram worked at Target as part of the Technology Finance team from 2012 to 2013. Sreeram managed a significant capital budget, provided insights on spend prioritization, and led forecasting activities.

Sreeram's early career includes roles at Motorola Solutions and Motorola. As a Product Manager at Motorola Solutions (2010-2012), they were responsible for managing product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams. At Motorola (2007-2009), they led a team in developing a product solution for public safety networks. Prior to that, they held software engineering roles at Motorola (2001-2006), focusing on proposing engineering solutions and improving system performance.

Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Sreeram also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University. In addition to their formal education, Sreeram has obtained a certification as a Network Specialist in Cisco Network Administration from Harper College.
