Tom Demma

Tom Demma has a diverse career in maintenance and mechanical roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Maintenance Supervisor at Rise Baking Company since March 2020, Tom has previously held positions including Maintenance Facilitator at Viking Drill & Tool Inc. from February 2018 to January 2020, and Maintenance Manager at United Gear and Assembly for nearly 23 years. Earlier experience includes working as a Fleet Mechanic at American Crane Corporation, responsible for maintaining a fleet of 74 vehicles, and serving as an Armor Crewman with the US Army from March 1988 to March 1992. Tom is also an alumnus of WITC New Richmond, with studies completed from 2000 to 2004.
