Michael Weiss

Michael Weiss has a long and varied work experience, beginning with Goldman Sachs in 2006, where they held two roles in the Merchant Banking and Investment Banking divisions. In 2008, they joined the founding team and board of Pencils of Promise. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Airbnb.com in Product & Operations and at Compass Inc. as Co-Founder & Head of Product. In 2014, they became Co-Founder of RISE Brewing Co. and in 2015 they were VP of Growth at Maple Food Co. From 2018 to 2021, they were Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Castle Peak Holdings and is currently Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Trailborn.

Michael Weiss attended Cornell University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BA in Psychology. Michael then went on to Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they obtained an MBA from 2010 to 2012.
