Joel Yoffe

Joel Yoffe, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Currently, they are the Director of Finance at Rise Broadband, where they are responsible for overseeing capital strategy, long-range planning, and financial models. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager at Rise Broadband, where they played a key role in capital budgeting, financial modeling, and cost reduction initiatives.

Before joining Rise Broadband, Joel worked at Charter Communications as a Network Operations Analyst. In this role, they established custom reporting and process automation, and led business operations meetings to assess capital expenditure trends. Joel also created inventory asset management tools, completed project closure reconciliations, and provided valuable guidance on project scope, schedule, and cost alignment.

At Lumen Technologies, Joel held positions as a Senior Lead Financial Analyst and Lead Financial Analyst. Joel played a pivotal role in evaluating product and service packages, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and identifying revenue-generating opportunities. Joel also developed valuation models and contributed to high-impact contractual wins.

Prior to their time at Lumen Technologies, Joel worked at Tangoe as a Program Lead Manager, where they managed client portfolios and implemented Six Sigma methodologies for internal improvements. Joel also served as an Operations Audit Analyst, further enhancing their skills in financial management and process documentation.

Joel Yoffe, MBA, has a strong educational background in finance and accounting. Joel obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance & Accounting from Regis University in 2019. Prior to that, Joel completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Colorado State University from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Joel has also acquired several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Joel obtained a certification in "Master of Excel" from Udemy in March 2019. In 2011, they obtained certifications in "FP&A Monthly Cash Flow Forecast Model" and "Budgeting & Forecasting" from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in April and February respectively. These certifications demonstrate Joel's dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the finance field.
