Matthew Bauer

Matthew Bauer is a seasoned professional in real estate development and economic analysis, currently serving as Project Manager at Rise Community Development since December 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Development Manager at Green Street St. Louis, where responsibilities included leading underwriting processes for diverse real estate projects and creating an in-house development model. As a Financial Analyst for Economic Development at the St. Louis Development Corporation, Matthew focused on identifying opportunities and facilitating development incentives. Prior experience includes serving as Underwriting Manager at Gardner Capital, Inc., and an Associate at Development Strategies, with a strong emphasis on economic development, retail analysis, and market studies.
