Andrew Netto is a Senior Project Developer specializing in Commercial & Industrial at The RISE Group, Inc., with a tenure starting in March 2010. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Foreman/Supervisor and Journeyman Electrician at S&L Electric from July 2001 to July 2010. Andrew's career began as an Automated Logistical Specialist with the US Army from 1998 to 2001 and continued in the same capacity with the United Nations Command from 2000 to 2001. Andrew holds a degree in Commercial/Industrial Electrical Systems from the IBEW-NECA NJATC of Watertown, NY, obtained between 2000 and 2005, and studied at Jefferson Community College from 1996 to 1998.
