Stephen Dolinich

Stephen Dolinich has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Community Partner Board Member at the University of Rhode Island since November 2022, where the focus is on providing students with practical fieldwork and internship opportunities. Dolinich has been the Manager of Talent Acquisition at The RISE Group, Inc. since March 2015, overseeing various HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational planning. Prior to this, Dolinich held key positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at O'Neill Consulting, Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Cumberland Gulf Group, and Recruiting Manager at Cumberland Farms, with earlier experience as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half International and as an Inside Sales Representative at Easton-Bell Sports. Dolinich holds an M.S. in Instructional Technology and a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Rhode Island College.
