Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips, MD, MBA, currently serves as a Consultant and Chief Medical Officer at Rise Health since January 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was a Partner and Managing Director at Intermountain Ventures from January 2019 to November 2021, and Chief of Clinical and Outreach Services at Intermountain Healthcare from March 2017 to January 2019. Michael's extensive experience also includes over 14 years at Cleveland Clinic, where responsibilities included Director of Business Development for the Imaging Institute and Co-Chairman of the Enterprise Care Affordability Task Force, leading initiatives that significantly reduced expenses while improving care efficiencies. Michael earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and an M.D. from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Amherst College.
