Nikkita White

Nikkita White is an experienced executive leader with a diverse background in organizational management, coaching, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Rise Services, Inc. since February 2020, Nikkita trains and mentors future leaders while overseeing the performance of the management team. As a Life Coach for Walking Life's Journey, Nikkita fosters an uplifting and inspiring environment for clients. Nikkita also owns K&K Characters and More, providing affordable entertainment services to local communities. Previously, Nikkita held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Community Partnerships of Idaho, where responsibilities included strategic oversight and operational management prior to its acquisition by Rise. Nikkita's educational background includes a Master of Science in Developmental and Child Psychology and ongoing doctoral studies in Human Services with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
