Kimberly Morgan-West

Kimberly Morgan-West is an experienced professional in program management and youth development with a diverse background in education and community services. Currently, as a Senior Program Manager at RISE Memphis since December 2017, Kimberly oversees an incentive-based youth program focused on financial education and post-secondary placement for students in grades 5-12. Previous roles include serving as Adjunct Faculty at The University of Memphis, Director of Recreation Center Assistant for the City of Memphis, and Youth Development Director for YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, where Kimberly managed various youth programs and initiatives. Kimberly possesses a Master of Science in Sport and Leisure Commerce from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Public Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana.
