Kelly Steffens

Kelly Steffens is currently the Director at Rise. Prior to that, they were with LuxChic Realty as Corporate Counsel. Kelly has also worked with HomeServices of America and ECMC as Senior Corporate Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel respectively. Kelly has vast experience in negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, management of national commercial lease portfolios, registration and renewal of trademarks and copyrights, structuring and drafting of complex commercial agreements, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, advising management on emerging legal and compliance issues, regulatory-compliance reviews of acquisition targets and subsidiary operating companies, and collaboration with subsidiary executives, outside counsels, and internal management.

Kelly Steffens has a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA Magna cum laude in Sociology of Law from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Kelly is certified by the Supreme Court of Texas in the Texas State Bar (Inactive) and by the Supreme Court of Minnesota in the Minnesota State Bar.
