Lynn Noren is the current President & CEO of Rise, Incorporated. Lynn previously served as the President & CEO of CARF International.

Lynn Noren earned their Bachelor's of Arts in Human Services Administration from Metropolitan State University. Lynn went on to get their MBA in Non-Profit Management and Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco.
