Jason Franklin is an experienced logistics and customer engagement professional with a diverse background in project management, data analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Logistics Coordinator at RISE Partnership since January 2023, Jason previously held the position of Customer Engagement Team Lead at Mercari US, where responsibilities included managing corporate escalations and cross-department coordination to enhance customer experience. At Aspiration, also as a Team Lead, Jason focused on coaching and analyzing customer dissatisfaction trends. Previous roles at SeatGeek and OCBS Inc. involved client support, workflow creation, and comprehensive event planning. Jason holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and attended UC Santa Barbara.
