Sara Duerr

Sara Duerr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sara is currently working as a Finance Director at RISE Partnership since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Administrative Services and Finance Manager, Community Development at Clark County WA from January 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Clark County WA, Sara worked at Portland State University as a Senior Financial Officer from May 2015 to January 2020 and as a Budget Analyst from October 2007 to April 2015. Sara also has experience as an Accountant at Mercy Corps from September 2006 to September 2007, as a Staff Accountant at Dendreon in July 2006, as a Budget Analyst at Minneapolis Public Housing Authority from June 2004 to June 2006, as an Accounting Intern at University of South Australia from June 2003 to December 2003, and as a Staff Accountant at BerganKDV from January 2003 to April 2003.

Sara Duerr completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Portland State University from 2014 to 2017. Sara earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. Additionally, in 2001, Sara attended Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt for a business-related field of study.
