Tiana Wilkinson, MPH, currently serves as the Essential Worker Healthcare Trust Program Manager at RISE Partnership since February 2024. Previously, Tiana held the position of Director of Community Health Strategy at PacificSource Health Plans from May 2014 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing health equity initiatives, managing community engagement strategies, and leading the implementation of culturally and linguistically appropriate services. Tiana has also held various roles in public health, including Director of Preventive Health at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center and Program Manager at Honolulu Community Action Program. Tiana's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a BA in Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College.
