Brandon Spencer

As a Development Project Manager, Brandon is responsible for the advancement of student housing, multifamily, and active adult projects within the RISE network. With 10 years of experience in the architecture and planning industry, Brandon has a demonstrated history of working with teams large and small to deliver successful projects in a timely manner. Brandon is immersed in projects from conception to completion which allows him to foster lasting working relationships with landowners, contractors, designers, and engineers. During the life cycle of the project, Brandon serves as the point of contact for the design and construction teams all while managing budget, schedule, and design. Brandon brings the energy, attitude, and attention needed to ensure a projects successful outcome.
