Brian Sudduth

With over a decade of experience in the student housing and market rate multi-family markets, Brian will be responsible for daily oversight of projects. This includes all aspects from pre-development activities through to construction completion. He will coordinate and oversee contractors, professional consultants, architects and engineers. Additionally, Brian will represent RISE as a contact for equity stakeholders, university officials and local government entities, as well as liaison between the RISE design consultant team, construction team, and all other project team members.

Brian holds an architectural license in 22 states. He has experience starting non-profit and for-profit organizations and has years of management experience working with both large and small teams.
