Charles Van Cleave

In his role as Senior Financial Analyst, Charles Van Cleave works directly with the CFO, Business Development and Project Management teams on real estate acquisitions from start to finish. He is responsible for ensuring the build cost analysis on each project represents the best estimate for RISE and its partners. He works directly with the CFO to close real estate acquisitions in preparation for construction. Charles frequently collaborates with the management team on preleasing performance, overall asset performance, and cash analysis of owned assets. He provides quarterly asset performance updates to RISE key partners and investors.
