Sara Nichols

As Development Project Manager for RISE, Sara is responsible for overseeing all elements of multi-family, active adult and student housing projects from pre-development through project completion. She coordinates and oversees contractors, professional consultants, architects, engineers, as well as university officials and governmental entities. Sara is a registered architect with extensive experience working with teams to accomplish large and complex project types.
