Natalie Amezcua, M.A. in Humane Education, currently serves as the Lead Educator at New Roots Institute, where responsibilities include empowering high school and college students to make sustainable food choices and fostering future leaders through a specialized fellowship program. Natalie's experience encompasses curriculum development for RISE Travel Institute and various educational roles, including International Teacher and English Instructor in diverse settings.
