Customer Success Manager at Rise Up

Olivier Famery has a diverse work experience in various companies. Olivier started their career as a Communication Trainee at Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Waters, where they collaborated closely with EU Business Development Managers and conducted prospecting and lead qualification using digital channels.

In 2018, Olivier joined Tradeshift as a Lead Seller Implementation Project Manager, responsible for defining project goals, implementing processes, and providing internal training. Olivier then transitioned to the role of Onboarding Customer Success Manager, where they supported customer journeys, managed projects, and mitigated risks to achieve upsell and onboarding goals. Olivier worked at Tradeshift until September 2021.

Currently, Olivier is working at Rise Up as a Customer Success Manager. Their main responsibilities include managing deployment, conducting client analysis and meetings, ensuring operational follow-up, and providing customer support. Olivier also conducts training sessions for Rise Up Academy, focusing on professional training and platform usage. Olivier is responsible for implementing the solution according to client requirements.

Olivier Famery obtained their Master's Degree in Marketing Business Development from OMNES Education, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from the same institution, OMNES Education, from 2014 to 2015. Before pursuing higher education, Olivier Famery attended UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Techniques de Commercialisation between 2012 and 2014. Their education journey began at Viollet le Duc - Villiers Saint Frederic, where they completed their High School education from 2009 to 2012.
