Kate David

CCS Service Facilitator at RISE Wisconsin, Inc.

Kate David has extensive experience in social services and research, currently serving as a CCS Service Facilitator and CCF Care Coordinator at RISE Wisconsin, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, Kate worked as a Juvenile Reception Center Intern at Dane County from January to May 2021. Academic contributions include roles as a Student Lead Supervisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Memorial Library and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Professor Pamela Oliver's CCAP Project, which addressed issues related to individuals with pending legal actions, and for Professor Julie Poehlmann-Tynan's lab, focusing on the welfare of incarcerated parents and their families. Kate's earlier experience includes serving as a Teacher Assistant with AmeriCorps from June 2017 to August 2018. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Psychology and a Certificate in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing studies in 2021.
