Robert Szewczyk

Robert Szewczyk has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Robert is currently serving as the Co-Founder & Principal at Rise48 Equity since January 2020. At Rise48 Equity, they manage a portfolio of over $1 billion across Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Glendale, AZ. Robert's main focus is on acquiring multifamily apartment assets in the Phoenix, Arizona market.

In addition to their role at Rise48 Equity, Robert is also the Designated Broker & Partner at Rise48 Communities since November 2021. Previously, they held the position of Founding President at R&A Real Estate Holdings, LLC starting from 2015.

Robert's career in real estate began in 2004 when they worked as a Sales Associate at RSR Realtors, LLC until 2008. Robert then joined HomeSmart Realty as an Associate Broker in July 2009 and served in that role until November 2021.

Robert obtained the Real Estate Broker Associate certification in May 2009 and the Architect certification from the Royal Institute of British Architects North East in 1999.
