Cindy Luo has extensive experience in the food service industry and community partnership roles. Currently serving as a Business Associate and Resource Navigator Supervisor at RiseBoro Community Partnership since January 2021, Cindy has also held several key culinary positions, including Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef at Two Hands Restaurant & Bar and wagamama, respectively. Cindy's background includes significant leadership in kitchen management, inventory control, and staff training, along with a proven track record of enhancing restaurant performance and maintaining high food safety standards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) and studies at Stony Brook University.
