Sarah Hayek

Sarah H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and program management, currently serving as the Manager of Community Success at RiseKit, where focus is on supporting overlooked job seekers through community hiring programs. Prior experience includes roles as Implementation Manager at Unite Us, where Sarah collaborated on strategic SDoH initiatives, and Director of Multi-Disciplinary Teams and Partner Services at Project Harmony Child Protection Center, where DEI initiatives were emphasized. Earlier, as Manager of Family and Community Engagement and Special Projects Manager at PromiseShip, significant growth and departmental maintenance were achieved. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Creighton University, and is a CJJR Fellow from Georgetown University.
