Indika De Silva

Indika De Silva has held a variety of roles in the past two decades. In 2000, they started as a Computer Instructor at Lyceum International School. Indika then moved on to become a Student Counsellor (New Business Development) at the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) in 2003. In 2004, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and Marketing Executive at Summit Corporation, where they were responsible for representing MAGIC International for Sri Lanka and Nepal. In 2005, they held two positions simultaneously: Co Founder / Managing Director at Fresh Pines (Pvt) Ltd. and Lecturer at Singapore Informatics. In 2008, they worked as a Network Administrator at Choice Recruitment, a Management Trainee at XLN Telecom Ltd., and a Recruitment Consultant at Stanlake Search Ltd. Finally, since 2012, they have been Chief Operating Officer at RiseOak.

Indika De Silva completed a Master of Arts (MA) in International Human Resources Management (HRM) from Kingston University in 2010. Indika also completed a CIPD from Kingston University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Systems with IT from Staffordshire University in 2009. Indika also completed a London Advanced Level (A/L) in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics from Lyceum International School in 1999.
