Hila Shwartszorgen

Hila Shwartszorgen serves as the VP Finance at RiseUp since September 2022. Prior roles include Head of Finance and Operations at Masterschool from November 2021 to July 2022 and VP Finance & Operations at Kamedis Ltd. from May 2019 to October 2021. Hila's experience also encompasses management positions at Osem Nestle Professional, Alvarion Ltd., and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, where responsibilities included budget management, financial strategy consolidation, and operating divisions oversight. Hila holds a BÀ in Business and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA in Finance from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and additional qualifications in Risk Management and a Directors course from recognized institutions.
