Abu Chowdhury Tahsin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Abu is currently working as a Product Manager at Riseup Labs, where their responsibilities include determining feature requirements, researching customer experiences and demands, and improving customer experiences.

Prior to this, Abu worked as a Senior Project Manager at Aventra Consultant, where they led and mentored a team of 20+ web and mobile application developers. Abu was responsible for managing technical recruitment, creating project architectures and business solutions for clients, and using PMP processes and AGILE methodology for project management. Abu also conducted sprint planning, review, and retrospective events, managed scope, schedule, risk identification and response management, and utilized tools such as Jira for project management.

Before Aventra Consultant, Abu served as a Senior Project Manager at Eagle 3D Streaming, where they worked remotely on Eagle Unreal application streaming on cloud platforms. Abu 'srole involved managing teams from around the world, conducting client meetings, designing technical solutions, and overseeing project management. Abu also handled product design, quality assurance, remote team management with agile incremental development, and answered system support and customer queries.

Abu's previous experience includes working as a Project Manager at HAL Technologies Limited, where they led ERP development and project management teams for various ERP and banking software projects. Abu also managed client relationships, created clear communication for product roadmap and project plan, and handled banking solution design and requirement analysis.

Additionally, Abu has worked as a Technical Content Writer at Business Automation Ltd, an IT Support Specialist at Banglalink, a Food and Beverage Cashier at Emirates Stars Hospitality Group, a Retail Associate at Primark, a Customer Service Assistant at Sports Direct, and a Games Operator at HB Leisure Ltd.

Abu Chowdhury Tahsin, CSM®, has a diverse educational background. Abu completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering from Middlesex University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh in 2009. Abu 'seducational journey began with a Higher School Secondary degree in Science from Dhaka College, which they completed in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Abu has also acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Abu obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from PeopleCert in November 2022. Abu also holds a certification in Project Management from TestDome, obtained in February 2022.

To further strengthen their expertise, Abu has obtained certifications in Remote Work and Virtual Collaboration and Cyber Security Foundation from CertiProf in May 2021 and April 2021 respectively. Abu earned the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from CertiProf in August 2020.

Lastly, Abu has successfully completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination offered by IDP in May 2019, showcasing their proficiency in the English language.
