Carly Dahl

Carly Dahl has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Culinary Apprenticeship at The Shanti Shack in 2011. Carly then worked as an Assistant Chocolatier at Parker Lusseau Pastries, a Garde Manger & Pastry at Flatbush Farm, and a Private Chef for Self in 2012. In 2013, Dahl worked as an Editorial Internship at Whole Foods Market, a Crew Member at 3rd Ward, and a Production Manager at One Lucky Duck. In 2015, they were a Frozen Pizza Production Manager at Roberta's. From 2017 to 2022, Dahl held two roles at teapigs as an East Coast Sales Manager and an East Coast Retail Sales Manager. Most recently, they have been a Retail Sales Manager - West at Rishi Tea & Botanicals since 2022.

Carly Dahl attended the Natural Gourmet Institute from 2010 to 2011, where they completed the Chef's Training Program. Carly then attended Vassar College from 2003 to 2007 and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies. Additionally, they hold a NYC Food Protection Certificate from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
