Don began their career as the Director of Operations at DreamPak | Food & Beverage Innovations, and they held this position until 2021 when they transitioned to the role of Director of Operations at Rishi Tea & Botanicals. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Quality Assurance at DreamPak | Food & Beverage Innovations from 2018-2021.

Don M. has a diverse educational background, having obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Risk Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
